FTB Academy makes it to where it’ll be easier to understand how to progress. One of the biggest problems when we start modpacks as a beginner or even for some experienced players is that there’s no choice on what we want to do. Learning the mods requires finding guides and videos online, not even being perfect in what they do. What the Academy here does is makes it so you can learn how you want to progress in modded and give a better understanding as to what guides you need to use. This allows you to continuously go forth into the world of modded so you know which modpack to play next.
FTB Academy aims to fix a problem that tons of new players struggle with when trying to get into the depths of Minecraft modded. You’ll start out by spawning inside of what could be called a school to start learning how various mods work. One such thing you’ll be learning about is the magic of Astral Sorcery alongside how to progress through FTB Quests. There’s also learning how to navigate the JEI system which may seem confusing to a quite a few people! With the quests in place, you’ll be leaving in order to find a place within the world itself and growing your knowledge. Some of these will include storage systems of the constantly expanding Iron Chests & Storage Crates while locking the different items from other players with Storage Drawers.
