Useful Minecraft Commands Overview

Sometimes crashes keep happening and you just don't have the time or experience to fix them. If that's the case, then you can send the crash report to our technical team and they will fix the problem for you! Follow the steps in this short guide to find out how to send the crash report to our team with ease.


How To Send The Crash Report To Our Team

  1. Login to the Multicraft panel for the server that is having the problem.
  2. In the Files section of the menu on the left, select Crash Reports
  3. Locate which crash report you want to send to our team in the list.
  4. Click the name of the crash report.
  5. Press the button at the bottom of the window for viewing the crash report. This should open a new tab with a form to submit a support ticket, fill in the missing fields and add some more information to the Message that you feel may be important.
  6. Submit the support ticket and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
