As a server owner you'll be able to grant yourself and others OP (i.e. operator) to be able to run commands inside the game. Being an OP grants the player access to almost every command that is in the game, depending on their operator permission level.
We highly recommend only giving OP status to yourself and players you trust. As OPs are able to do basically everything on the server and can cause lots of problems if they abuse this power.
