Recovering a Server that Has Been Terminated

If you do not pay the invoice for your server before the deadline then it will be suspended. Paying the invoice will un-suspend the server. If the invoice is not paid within 10 days, then the server will be terminated. Your server will be removed from the Multicraft Control Panel and the server files will moved into backup storage, we never delete your server files.

Terminated servers cannot be un-terminated by paying the invoice. You will have to place a new order, then send us a support ticket asking us to install your server files from our backups:
    1. Login to the Client Area: You will find the password in the first email we sent you, or you can reset the password.
    2. Once logged in place an order for a new server:
    3. Once the order has been placed send us a support ticket asking us to recover your server and world
    4. You will receive a reply in 1-17 hours once your server/world is recovered.
