You can read more about user roles and access in our Multicraft User Roles article.

If you are a StickyPiston server owner, you will need your friend to create a Multicraft account on the correct control panel.

  1. Log into your Multicraft Control Panel
  2. On your server page, select Advanced > Sub Users on the left menu
  3. In the box above the Username column, enter the username that you want to assign a role or FTP access to and press Enter
  4. Select the Co-Owner Role and the chosen FTP access level from the drop-downs next to the user name
